If you want to change your destination country after ordering, please email us ASAP to see if it’s possible. If the package is shipped out, we cannot change it anymore.

If the package is damaged or lost, we will send a new package without extra fees.

The production starts after we receive your order and confirm your order details. It may take around 3-5 days for making. After the package is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping to the United States/Canada: 3-7 days;
Standard shipping to EU/AU/NZ: 8-12 days.

4. Global Shipping
We accept international orders. The shipping fees depend on your destination country, and customs fees might be charged in some countries.

Address Change
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, please email us with your order number, the address that you use when you order, and the new address that you want to use now. We will see if it is possible to change it for you. If your package has been shipped out, you may need to contact the courier yourself.
Exchange and Return
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please submit a support ticket and provide pictures that clearly show the problem. We will check it and see if we could offer a full/partial refund or an exchange.
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 72 hours for processing. We will email you for confirmation when your return is processed. The funds might be returned in 7-10 working days after you receive the confirmation email.
Situations listed below are not included in our Returned and Exchange Policy:
1. Damages caused by improper use and maintenance;

A good drone for beginners and learners, difficult to fly on windy days because it is so light, but overall speed and handling are good. The remote is easy to use, the app is ok, the phone loses the signal from the drone has to be only a few feet away to get a clear signal, comes with 1 battery, it’s good, says it lasts 20 minutes, but mine is fully charged After 24 minutes.

Connecting to my phone is very fast and easy through the app. The picture quality is not bad, I hope the camera angle can be adjusted remotely. But it’s pretty good at this price. I use it to check my rooftop solar panels and to help my real estate agent friend take aerial photos.

Love this drone, first real drone that has great features to it, I’ve tried low budget drones but this drone is a must have for beginners! The return home feature works great! mode is nice to have, especially if you’re not a fan of keeping your drone hovering manually. Haven’t tried the follow me mode, orbit mode, or programmed route just yet. Looking forward to trying that next!
