Terms of Shipment
Kindly reminder: The global logistics costs have been on the rise given the current pandemic. Accordingly, please understand that the shipping fees will go up slightly.
1. Change of destination country
If you want to change your destination country after ordering, please email us ASAP to see if it’s possible. If the package is shipped out, we cannot change it anymore.
2. Shipping Time & Fees
Standard shipping to the UK: $17
Standard shipping to AU/NZ: $22
Standard shipping to Canada: $25
Standard shipping to the United States/Other countries and regions: $21;
Insurance fees: $5
If the package is damaged or lost, we will send a new package without extra fees.
3. Shipping Notification
The production starts after we receive your order and confirm your order details. It may take around 3-5 days for making. After the package is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.
Standard shipping to the United States/Canada: 3-7 days;
Standard shipping to EU/AU/NZ: 8-12 days.
(The shipping might be delayed for 3-5 days given unavoidable situations like extreme weather, pandemic, etc.)
4. Global Shipping
We accept international orders. The shipping fees depend on your destination country, and customs fees might be charged in some countries.
5. Additional Tips
a) Shipping to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms is not available.
b) Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico might be delayed than normal.
c) Expedited shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not supported.
d) Overnight shipping is not supported.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, please email us with your order number, the address that you use when you order, and the new address that you want to use now. We will see if it is possible to change it for you. If your package has been shipped out, you may need to contact the courier yourself.
Exchange and Return
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please submit a support ticket and provide pictures that clearly show the problem. We will check it and see if we could offer a full/partial refund or an exchange.
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 72 hours for processing. We will email you for confirmation when your return is processed. The funds might be returned in 7-10 working days after you receive the confirmation email.
Situations listed below are not included in our Returned and Exchange Policy:
1. Damages caused by improper use and maintenance;
2. Subjective factors such as personal preference, taste, uncertain character, etc.
Customers are allowed to request an exchange or return in around 14 days after the product is received.
