I’m Hope Barrow, the artist behind Hope’s Dream Babies.
I’ve been a reborn artist for 10 years and have enjoyed watching the art evolve into what it is today.
My dolls have been sold to people all over the world, and are currently on display in the Minnesota Historical Society’s ”Baby Boom” Nursery Exhibit.
This listing is for a Custom made Libby Sculpt.
Choose from any of the samples below or make your own choices as far as skin tone, hair color/style.
(I’m only offering the painted hair seen in the photos at this time. Due to some finger issues I am unable to root for now) Libby’s Details are:
23″ sized baby, weighing between 5-7lbs
She will be hand painted with fine quality acrylic paints, which are non-toxic, and once cured become permanent.
I use several thinned layers to create that “living skin” appearance and life-like quality in all of my dolls.
Painting details include skin, brows, nails, hair, veining and blemishes.
“Libby” was sculpted by the talented Cindy Musgrove and she is loaded with sculpting detail!
She is a big chunky baby with 3/4 arms and legs with a super soft, fully jointed DOE SUEDE body.
She will be perfectly weighted with fine glass beads, plastic pellets, and soft polyfil.
All of my babies have a very natural/floppy fell to them and curl right up in your arms.
She can also come with a hand painted removable belly plate for posing and picture taking!
(If you choose not to recieve the belly plate I will refund you $10 of the purchase price!)
You can choose the color and style of your babies hair from the samples below. Her lashes will be very natural and hand rooted with mohair.
Your baby will come with her own unique outfit and extras like a magnetic paci and hair bow.
