Brand new reborn baby doll, made from the sold out limited edition kit: Birdie by Laura Lee Eagles. She is number 496 out of 1000 pieces worldwide.
Birdie measures 17” and fits into small newborn or preemie sized clothing. This is a cloth body doll, with full limbs and an original belly plate.
Birdie has been given a realistic, life-like skin tone using many layers of Genesis Heat Set Paints and hours of hard work.
Each hair has been drawn by hand using professional grade Prismacolor pencils and sealed with matte varnish, eyelashes have been rooted using pure dark mohair.
She has subtle glossing in all the right places: the corners of the eyes, nostrils, lips, and nails.
Her body has been stuffed using Poly-Fil as well as fine glass beads for added weight. She is also scented with a light baby perfume.
Birdie contains no magnets, making her safe around electronics and pacemakers.
